Newsletter

If you are subscribed to our Newsletter with your E-mail address, we are storing and using your E-mail address to distribute mailings containing information related to us and our activities, until you unsubscribe yourself from the newsletter.

Upon entering your E-mail address for the subscription, it will first be saved by MailChimp to send a confirmation E-mail to explicitly confirm the subscription (“Double-Opt-In”). After the confirmation, the E-mail address is permanently stored with MailChimp, until the subscription is revoked or deleted by us. MailChimp is storing the date of subscription as well as the IP address. The IP address is not used for any further applications.

To provide a seamless shopping experience and for processing orders, we store Session-Cookies that contain your IP address. Moreover, we save and store your E-mail, Name, Address and Payment Method after successful order placement. For processing orders, we additionally store:

Storing this private information is necessary for the fulfilment of the order contract or for measures precedent to the order contract. Without this data, we cannot close an order with you. No data is transmitted to third-parties except the information necessary for the institutions processing payments and the carriers that act on our instructions to deliver the orders. A record of this data may appear in documents delivered to our tax accountant to comply with fiscal duties.

Upon canceling an order, all personal data is deleted on our side. For successfully completed orders, the data is stored during the legal retention period (10 years).
